Dr. Walls specializes in women’s mental health, focusing on perinatal mood disorders and motherhood. She has her Doctorate in Human Services, MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and BS in Forensic Psychology. Desiree has been certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C) through Postpartum Support International (PSI). She has also received training and has experience as both a birth and postpartum doula. Dr. Walls has served in several different roles for PSI since 2018 and feels that educating other service providers is part of her ministry.
